information about your training. Keep track of your miles run and race times. Write down what you eat. Keep track of stuff
you have to do. Make a habit of recording information each day.
How can I use this information?
There are several ways this information can be useful.
- If you record how you feel after running you can figure
out which foods don't agree with you before running.
- If you record miles and time you can see your progress
as a runner. If you run on a regular basis you will improve each week. Keeping a journal will help to remind you of how much
you have improved. If you stop running on a regular basis the journal will help to remind you to run, even during times like
winter break when the team may not be able to meet.
